Let us first understand how to insert comments

Insert Comments

  1. Click on the cell
  2. Go to Review Tab
  3. Click on New comment
  4. Type the comment content

I have done this for 2 cells as below.

But the comments will appear only when you drag your mouse on that cell.


 

Show/Hide All Comments

To show all comments,

  1. Go to Review Tab
  2. Click on Show All Comments

Print Comments

At end of sheet

  1. Go to Page Layout tab
  2. Click on Page Setup
  3. Go to Sheet tab
  4. Under Comments drop-down, select At end of sheet
